Construction dumpster rental for crews that cannot wait on a swap-out
20 and 30 yard roll-offs for roofing, demo and new-build debris. One call gets it delivered, one call gets it swapped when it is full. Flat rate, tonnage included, $75/ton past that.
20 for roofing, 30 for demo and volume
Most tear-offs and single-trade jobs run on our 20 yard, about 22 ft by 7.5 ft by 4.5 ft, with 3 tons included, enough for a roof up to roughly 25 squares before you are near the weight line. Full demo, additions and multi-trade jobsites move up to the 30 yard: same footprint, taller wall, 4 tons included, built for volume more than height.
Reliable swap-outs matter more than the delivery itself on an active site. We run our own trucks, so when you call for a pull, it is not routed through a broker and a second company. Tell us the size, the address, and whether the full container needs picked up before a new one lands.

Where it sits and who needs to know
On the property line, a driveway or a graded pad, placement is your call. Once the container has to sit in the street or block a public right-of-way, most Southeast Michigan cities want a permit from the city first, not from us. Call ahead with the address and we will tell you what applies before the truck rolls.
Keep 60 feet of straight clearance behind the drop spot for the truck to back in, and clear low branches or wires above the lift path. If the site is fenced, leave the gate open or share the code with dispatch so a driver is never stuck waiting on a call that goes to voicemail.
Every roll-off has a real ceiling: about 15 tons
Department of Transportation rules cap what a loaded roll-off can legally carry on the road at roughly 15 tons, no matter the container size. Your rental already includes an allowance, 3 tons on a 20 yard, 4 on a 30, and the truck gets weighed at the disposal facility before and after your load is dumped. That difference is your billed weight.
Go over your included tonnage and it is billed at $75/ton, straight off the scale ticket, the same ticket the facility itself certifies. There is no markup on top of it. Concrete, brick and masonry debris fill that ceiling fast, which is why we run a separate heavy-debris container for those materials instead of billing them through a standard bin.

Questions contractors ask us
How fast can you swap out a full dumpster?
Call by mid-morning and we can usually get an empty container back to your site the same day, next-day at the latest during busy weeks. Tell dispatch the address and whether the full bin needs to come off first or if there is room to drop a second one and pull the full one after.
Can I have more than one dumpster on a jobsite at once?
Yes. Crews running demo and framing at the same time often keep two containers going, one for mixed debris and one for concrete or masonry. Tell us the site layout when you book so we place them where they will not block equipment or a delivery truck.
How much do roofing shingles weigh in a dumpster?
More than most debris by volume. A full tear-off commonly runs 3 to 4 tons for a mid-size roof, which is why we point roofing jobs at the 20 yard first, not the 15. If a job is running bigger than 25 squares, size up to the 30 yard before you start, not after.
Do you need someone on site for jobsite delivery?
No. Leave a gate code, a spot marked with cones or spray paint, and a callback number for the driver. Most jobsite drops happen before the crew arrives. If the site changes access overnight, a quick text to update the note keeps the truck from turning around.
Can I extend a rental if the job runs long?
Call before your scheduled pickup date and we will extend it. Extra days bill at the same per-day rate shown on the pricing table for your size, no separate late fee. If a job wraps early, request pickup and we will grab it, often the same day.
